There are many services available to help you on your journey with your child with a disability, including Regional Centers, School Districts, Medi-Cal, CCS, IHSS and SSI to name a few. Browse around the site to educate yourself so that you can be the best advocate possible for your child. It is an unfortunate reality that you will have to fight to secure all of the therapy that your child will need. I have seen time and again that parents who educate themseves and find appropriate help from an advocate or attorney are able to acquire more services than those who don't. You are your childs best advocate. That being said, there may be times when you may need an attorney or professional advocate to ensure your child gets the early intervention services he or she needs.
